ROLE OF THE MANAGING AGENT

Waterscape, like most condo communities, contracts with specialists to manage the property.  The Managing Agent handles responsibilities such as fulfilling maintenance requests, collecting fees, paying vendors, and accounting.  The Managing Agent works with the Board for both project and long-term planning.  They also provide a valuable perspective on the rules governing condos and the elements that make a community an appealing place to live.
