Every owner agrees to the terms of the recorded documents that govern the community when purchasing a condominium. The official, legal name for a condo community is a “Horizontal Property Regime” or “HPR”. From time to time, these legal documents are amended by a vote of homeowners at the meetings of the “Homeowners Association.”
While the sellers are supposed to turn over copies of these legal documents to the new owners when a condo is sold, the reality is that many copies are lost or misplaced over the years.
The following links will allow you to download the legal documents recorded with Hamilton County for the “Waterscape Horizontal Property Regime” and with the State of Indiana for the “Waterscape Homeowners Association, Inc.”
Upon request to the Managing Agent, current Waterscape owners can obtain a copy of the more detailed “Final Plats” for their building, which are recorded with Hamilton County.
